Cancellation Policy

Your StyledByChenna monthly styling subscription can be canceled at any time. Simply cancel your subscription in your portal before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access to your current styling service through the end of your paid billing period.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to StyledByChenna, you’ll receive 5 personalized outfits each month based on the preferences you provide through your style quiz. Each outfit includes direct shopping links to help you easily shop your recommended looks through your online styling portal.

You may choose a monthly or yearly subscription. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month that you originally subscribed. Yearly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each year.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before your next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to your styling service through the end of your current paid billing period.

If you need to update your payment method, you may cancel your current subscription and subscribe again using your new payment information.

No Refunds or Returns: Due to the digital and personalized nature of the StyledByChenna styling service, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds, returns, credits, or prorated refunds are not available once a payment has been processed.
